What we do, and what we do not do
Tarkia designs and coordinates corporate and wealth structures for families and businesses whose interests span Brazil, Portugal and the United Arab Emirates.
Where we incorporate.
Companies, holding companies and foundations are established in the United Arab Emirates. Structures already existing in other jurisdictions are coordinated together with a professional qualified in that country.
Where we advise.
Tax structuring, succession documents, compliance and the Brazilian exit procedure, which is a matter of Brazilian law and within our practice.
What we are not.
We are not a bank, a broker, a real estate agency or a visa agency, and we do not provide investment recommendations.
Outside the Emirates.
We do not conduct immigration or residence procedures outside the United Arab Emirates. For those, the client instructs a professional qualified in the country concerned.
No guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee timescales, visa approvals or tax outcomes, which depend on the circumstances of each case and on the authorities involved. Incorporating a company in the UAE does not, by itself, end tax residence elsewhere.
