The diagnosis comes before the structure
Every engagement starts with the purpose of the project: continuity, family governance, succession, or the relationship between business and personal assets. Only then do we assess which vehicle, if any, fits the circumstances. A proposal should set out the role of each entity, who is responsible for it, what it will cost to maintain and which facts would change the recommendation.
We do not present any structure as a guarantee of tax exemption or absolute asset protection. Outcomes depend on the applicable law in each country, on the residence of the people involved and on the reporting obligations that follow.
